The Ahornbahn is one of mountain lifts in Mayrhofen that take you straight up the mountain to the slopes.
If you are travelling by train, there is a direct connection from Munich to Mayrhofen im Zillertal.
THE place for après-ski for all metalheads after a long day on the mountain. With a VIP area, open-air bar and a stage for metal madness at its finest. The Brück'n Stadl is within easy walking distance of the Ahornbahn lift.
The central contact point for check-in, merchandise and meet & greets. And if you like very special souvenirs for eternity, you can even get an FMM tattoo here.
Quaint cottages, ultra-modern catering and the large Forest Stage at the heart of it all. The forest festival site is just a 5-minute walk from the village centre of Mayrhofen in the middle of the forest. The atmospheric lighting creates a unique party atmosphere. And there's always plenty of beer available!
The unique Aprés Ski-Alm at an altitude of 2,000 metres is run by the two music enthusiasts Stefan and Max. They have an impressive collection of records and music memorabilia, which make up the special ambience of the Kasermandel. The village of Mayrhofen lies at the foot of the Ahorn and Penken mountains. Skiing, hiking, trail running, cycling - everything is possible here in the transition period between winter and spring. The Penkenbahn, one of Mayrhofen's two mountain lifts, takes you right up to the slopes. Easy to reach on foot or by bus.
The quaint Stieralm on the Penkenberg is a wonderful complement to the Wacken Bullhead. The varied menu at the Stieralm offers a range of delicacies from burgers and steaks to traditional dishes such as Gröstl, spinach dumplings and Kässpatzen, as well as first-class beef dishes from the restaurant's own cattle farm. The Stieralm can be reached directly from the village by taking the Penkenbahn lift.
